Features
Two screens, one folder you control, and no visitor database. Here's what each part does.
The two pages your front desk actually needs
- Faster than writing in a book
- No more illegible handwriting to decode
- Privacy notice acknowledged before you sign in
- No admin panel bolted on, no settings menu to get lost in.

Sign-in page
- Name, organisation, reason for visit, time in (Customisable) — captured in seconds.
- Every visitor gets a unique ID the moment they sign in, so sign-out always matches the right person
- Fits naturally at the front desk

Visitor board
- Shows everyone currently on site, live.
- One tap to sign someone out, recording their exact time out.
- Kept off any third-party database

Security, built in, not bolted on
- HTTPS on every Cloud site, every request.
- Password-protected per site, checked against a securely hashed password — never stored in plain text.
- Optional IP allowlist, so your kiosk is only reachable from your own network.
- Failed sign-in attempts are logged, so you'd know if someone tried to get in.
Data minimisation, by default
- By default, photographs are deleted from our servers the same day they're processed.
- Each day's sign-in log is emailed to your nominated contact with photos stripped out, then deleted.
- Need longer? Photo and log retention are set per site — we keep exactly what you tell us to.
