Local tier limitation, upfront: Local works in desktop Chrome or Edge on Windows and Mac. It does not work on Safari, iPhone, iPad or Android — that's a limit of the underlying browser technology, not something we can configure around. If your site needs tablets or mixed devices, Cloud is the right tier.
Cloud tier: because we handle your visitors' data on your behalf, Cloud needs a short Data Processing Agreement. We'll walk you through it — it's not boilerplate we wave through.
